Deadline Extended for Advanced Solution Summit

All new content with a focus on bringing all your systems together to serve constituents in new and exciting ways – that's the focus of the Advanced Solution Summit scheduled in Chicago for November 2-3, 2005.

Between open sessions where you can see integrated approaches in action, and closed sessions in which you can "talk turkey" with those in the know, this Summit is not to be missed by those of you who are being pressed to make critical, strategic decisions.  Special guests include Andrew Hunter of Barrington Partners who will respond to questions regarding the Integrated Solutions "consumer report" recently completed by his company.  Also featured will be George W. Macintyre, MicroEdge executive vice president, who will outline MicroEdge's strategy moving forward.  Only a limited number of seats remain.  Visit www.cftech.org to view the agenda and/or register.

MicroEdge and AST Propose FIMS API

AST and MicroEdge have submitted a joint proposal requesting $250,000 from the TSC to support development of a FIMS API for seamless processing.  This request is not to support a development contract but rather to catalyze a solution provided by these providers according to product needs and timelines identified by the providers (as distinct from a contract driven by TSC business requirements and managed by the TSC).  This investment is being considered by the TSC in order to achieve reduction of end-user costs.  An expeditious review of the request will be made by the API and Seamless Subcommittee chairs (who have already met) in partnership with both the TSC Executive Committee and the Investor Representatives.

CRM, Accountability and Web Presence Move to Complete Work

During September, members of the CRM, Web Presence and Accountability Subcommittees have viewed demonstrations of development being concluded by B2P on ImpactMgr (Accountability) and Neulogic on VisionMgr (CRM, Web Presence.)  These three subcommittees have meetings scheduled during October to provide formal contractual feedback on this development both for the purpose of completing these contracts and the work of their respective subcommittees.
