All community foundations are welcome to join the Funding Syndicate for the Community Foundation Technology Initiative.   Membership cost is determined by a foundation's ranking in the 2000 Columbus Survey (see listing below).

Largest 50 Community Foundations
To launch the Funding Syndicate, proposals were submitted in early 2003 to the largest 50 community foundations.  The document to the left outlines procedures for these 50 foundations to join the Funding Syndicate.

Foundations Ranked 51 - 600+
Foundations ranked 51 - 600 on the Columbus 2000 survey are welcome to join the Funding Syndicate at any time.  Cost is determined by foundation asset size.  Details about this and other issues such as timing are explained in the document to the left.

Columbus Survey 2000 Rankings
Data from the 2000 Columbus Survey was used to determine rankings for Funding Syndicate membership costs.  The document to the left outlines rankings for the largest 150 community foundations and costs for Funding Syndicate membership. It does not indicate amounts actually paid by any foundation. 

All foundations not on this list can join the Funding Syndicate with a voluntary contribution of $250, payable at any time.
